I’ve been using this V-shaped rack for preparing Thanksgiving turkey the past couple of years and it works great. It has a strong, durable construction and fits well in large, heavy duty aluminum oval turkey roasting pans. Just be sure to rub a little cooking oil on the rack to minimize sticking and help make clean up a breeze.

If you do a lot of oven roasting like I do, these disposable aluminum pans are strong, durable, and can be re-used multiple times (if needed). I’ve used a variety of disposable aluminum pans and always avoid the cheap ones that are often flimsy and weak before they even get a first run in the oven (read: if you want your food all over the floor, use cheap aluminum pans!).

These come in a four pack and are a bit pricier than those cheap ones, but you’ll be glad you used better quality aluminum pans for roasting.

I’ve used paper and foil holiday banners over the years, and the paper ones often succumbed to temperature (read: they curl up when the temperature changes) and the foil ones tear or break too easily. Most of the time paper and foil banners are cheap and not reusable.

That said, I’ve started switching over all holiday banners to either fabric or these burlap-style ones which are much more durable and can be reused year after year.

Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray

If you haven’t tried Dawn Platinum Powerwash dish spray, you should!

It does help get sticky grease and grime off reducing the amount of heavy scrubbing and the need to use more aggressive cleaners.

While it certainly works well with dishes, I also use it to clean the stovetop, microwave exhaust filters, and even the kitchen sink.

Swiffer Power Mop Refill Solution

If you have the Swiffer Power Mop, you’ll need the refill solution. I’ve used both the lavender and fresh scents but prefer the lavender scent (oddly enough, when I had the original Swiffer WetJet, I preferred the fresh scent).

Amazon often has the most competitive pricing versus retail stores especially for a two count so if you need refills, this is a great buy!

Scotch-Brite™ Multi-purpose Reusable Wipes

Paper towels are convenient but sometimes you need a disposable towel-like wipe that can be reused a bit more than the traditional paper towel yet still be disposable when all is said and done.

These Scotch-Brite multi-purpose reusable wipes do just the trick. They are dry cloth wipes with no solution, but you can use them like a disposable, reusable paper towel applying your preferred cleaning solution (if necessary) and rinsing it off with water.

While you can find imitation brands, I like sticking to the brand name as I get a quality, durable product that won’t leave debris all over the surface of whatever I’m cleaning.

If you do a lot of roasting in your oven and need a small, flat roasting rack this will do the trick. I roast chicken wings, chicken legs, chicken thighs, roast pork, pork belly, even the Thanksgiving ham using this rack.

It fits perfectly in large aluminum oval or rectangular roasting pans. Simply apply a bit of cooking oil on the rack to minimize sticking and help make clean up a breeze.

Let’s be real! The holidays often mean clean up before, during, and after any gatherings so having a Swiffer Power Mop on hand is essential.

I really like the Swiffer Power Mop over the original Swiffer WetJet. It has a slimmer and sleeker profile/form factor, a larger mopping pad surface, and gets into tight areas more easily.
